Day 1: San Francisco
Arrive in San Francisco and transfer independently to your hotel. The next three nights are spent discovering this iconic city by the bay.
Day 2: San Francisco
Enjoy a guided city tour taking in Chinatown, Union Square and Fisherman’s Wharf, including a ride on a historic cable car. Later, cycle from Fisherman’s Wharf across the Golden Gate Bridge before returning by ferry, passing PIER 39 sea lions with views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. This evening, choose an optional dinner at a specially selected Chinatown restaurant (extra charge).
Day 3: San Francisco
Spend the day at leisure. Alternatively, join an optional wine tasting tour to Napa Valley or explore the towering redwoods of nearby Muir Woods (both extra charge).
Day 4: San Francisco – Yosemite National Park
Travel east into California’s High Sierras and Yosemite National Park. Take in awe‑inspiring scenery including Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, El Capitan, Tunnel View and Bridalveil Fall. Overnight in the Yosemite Gateway area.
Day 5: Yosemite – Mojave Desert – Las Vegas
Journey through the Mojave Desert to Las Vegas. This evening, enjoy a guided tour of the famous Las Vegas Strip and Downtown, including the dazzling Fremont Street Experience. Spend the next two nights in Las Vegas.
Day 6: Grand Canyon
Travel to the Grand Canyon’s West Rim, stopping at the iconic Las Vegas Welcome Sign and passing Lake Mead en route. On arrival, choose from optional experiences including a helicopter flight, Colorado River float or the Skywalk (extra charge). Return to Las Vegas.
Day 7: Las Vegas – Greater Palm Springs – San Diego
Depart Las Vegas for Greater Palm Springs, the desert playground of Hollywood royalty. Continue south to San Diego, known for its relaxed coastal lifestyle and perfect climate. Stay the next two nights.
Day 8: San Diego
Discover San Diego’s highlights on an insider city tour. Afterwards, enjoy free time to visit attractions such as the San Diego Zoo or SeaWorld. An optional evening bay cruise dinner is also available (extra charge).
Day 9: San Diego – Orange County – Los Angeles
Travel north along the Southern California coast, stopping at scenic Laguna Beach. Continue to Los Angeles where the evening is at leisure. Optional visit to Long Beach and the historic Queen Mary (extra charge). Stay the next two nights in Los Angeles.
Day 10: Los Angeles
Enjoy an extensive insider tour of Los Angeles, including Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, the LA Farmers Market, Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theatre and views of the Hollywood Sign. Optional visit to Universal Studios Hollywood™ in the afternoon (extra charge).
Day 11: Los Angeles – Malibu – Santa Barbara – Central Coast
Travel along the Pacific Coast Highway through Malibu to Santa Barbara, known for its Spanish architecture and palm‑lined beaches. Enjoy time to sample local food and wine before continuing to California’s Central Coast for the night.
Day 12: Central Coast – Hearst Castle – Big Sur – Monterey
Head north along scenic Highway 1, stopping at Hearst Castle. Continue through dramatic Big Sur, crossing the iconic Bixby Bridge before arriving in Monterey, California’s first capital.
Day 13: Monterey – Carmel – San Francisco
Drive along the famed 17‑Mile Drive to the charming village of Carmel. Explore Monterey’s Old Fisherman’s Wharf and historic Cannery Row, with an optional visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (extra charge). Return to San Francisco via the fertile valleys of Castroville and Santa Clara.
Day 14: San Francisco
